1. How to use the "Need A Recovery" feature.

Click the slide-out “Recovery Needed” button on the right side of your W2W page (It is the Tow Truck symbol). This brings you to your Profile page. Use the mini-map titled “Location Map & Controls” > Click the  maker  button underneath the map > A “Report Location” pop-up will appear over your location on the map > Check the “I Need Recovery!” box > Click “Post Location” > Now other W2W users will see the “NEEDS RECOVERY” alert on the Community Feed and will be able to view your location.

2. How do I update my profile?

Go to your Profile page (Community, Profile), then click "About Me". Click the blue "Edit Profile" at the bottom. Update with your information, and click "Save Changes". Or click here to update your profile: Update Profile
This is also the area where you can update account information and change your password.

3. How do I change my privacy settings?

Go to your Profile page. Once there, click on About Me and then click Edit Profile. Once you are under Edit Profile it should display your basic information. Next to each line item is a lock symbol. If you click on the lock symbol it will display different privacy settings for that specific line item. You can then change that piece of information to whichever privacy setting you desire.

Also, If you'd like to change the privacy settings on a specific post to the community, once you type your message or select your photo or video, click on the little world symbol, there you can change your post visibility between Public (everyone), Site Members, Friends, or Only Me.

4. What do the different symbols on the tails map mean?

The orange pins on the map represent other W2W members. The green pins represent events. The tire symbols represent trails.

5. How do I report my location so other members can see when I am at a trail?

Go to the Community tab > Select “Profile” from the drop down options > Scroll down until you see a mini-map titled “Location Map & Controls” > Click the  maker  button underneath the map > A “Report Location” pop-up will appear over your location on the map > Click “Post Location” > Now other W2W users will see the “Location Reported” update on the Community Feed and will be able to view your location.

6. How do I cancel my subscription? 

Login to your account > Open the "Trails" drop-down menu, then select "Trails Account" from the drop-down list > In the "Cancelling Your Account" section, click "Contact Where2Wheel Directly" and drop us a line with your request to cancel.  Also, we would love to hear any feedback that you have about W2W, so please share so that we can keep improving!
