Did some real light mud slinging/trail riding today at Cavalier Wildlife Management Area. All of the trails are gated and closed except for one. Other than that, there are a handful of muddy areas that you can do some slinging in. I don't have mud tires for my RRS yet, though, so that's all fine by me.

VBOffRoadN Goins2754 Are you looking into mud terrains? What kind? Do they make any lifts for the Range Rover, or any way to step up your tire size? 7 years ago

Goins2754 VBOffRoadN I think I'm going to have to buy all-terrains because of my wheel size (I can't find full mud terrain tires in my size). I have 20" wheels because I have huge brakes. And the lift is something called Johnson Rods that just extend the air suspension an extra 2.5" when in off-road mode. According to their website, I should be able to run up to a 33" size tire. A guy on a LR forum recommended to me some Nitto Grappler 265/55r20s that look pretty good. 7 years ago

cmulrich10 Nittos are awesome tires. A bit heavy, but really nice off road. 7 years ago
