Aug 21-23 Just a shameless reminder that I will be wheeling in the Tillamook State Forest and viewing the eclipse. The center of the umbra is just a few miles from TSF on the 23. This is a reminder so you can plan ahead. Camping spots will be hard to find
Wheeling in Tillamook State Forest
I will be wheeling the Tillamook State Forest from 8/15 - 8/21. Trail maps can be downloaded from Oregon.gov website. Trails range from gravel roads to rock crawling. Several campsites nearby, but get there fast because the solar eclipse is 8/21. Going to be plenty of people there for that. We will wheel until 8/20 and travel south to Lincoln City and be in one of the best spots in the US to view a total eclipse on the beach.
