Are there any trails or fields or anything like that in the virginia beach area that a moderatley build truck on 33"s with a lock could make it through?

Hopkins My Cherokee on 33s makes it through 90% of the stuff around here and I have open diffs. Do have ATs or MTs? Cuz that will make a difference. The safest thing to do is wheel with a buddy and a tow strap if you don't have a winch. Although we have enough members around VB that if you do get stuck, just use the need a recovery button and somebody, like me, will help out. The corporate landing trail is a super easy trail if your new to wheeling. Also the OBX is a great place to learn your 4x4 9 years ago

Tannerg757 I gotta tacoma 4x4 on 33" general grabber at but have almost an mt tread pattern, and i have a rear locker also
I have straps shackles for days and i never wheel alone just doesnt make sence in my book
Ive been wheeling for quite a while at least 3 4 years ever sence i started driving
Sadly though most places like the power lines on damn neck road get rutted out and get really hot so im looking for a new place to just go and explore
We all cruise down to the obx quite often

Hopkins With the rear locker sounds like your Taco should be pretty capable. I agree with ya on the power line trail off Dam Neck. I wouldn't touch that place either just cuz it's wide open and off a main road. I just passed it yesterday and it has gotten really rutted out and torn up in the past couple days. As soon as it warms up a little bit I'm gonna go looking for new trails in the area to post up. There are a couple that look promising. Just gotta make time to go check em out and take pictures so I can put them on the site. 9 years ago
