In order to keep the offroad community up to date with the latest and most accurate wheeling information, we have created an offroad trails map that covers the entire USA.  The trails map on Where2Wheel is powered by the offroad community and is totally reliant on individual offroaders contributing their knowledge to keep the map up to date and accurate.  So if you do go wheeling on any of these trails, make sure to leave a review on W2W, or make any adjustments to the trail descriptions as needed since trail conditions can, and often do, change frequently.

Alright, we were talking about offroad trails near Augusta, Georgia.  Again, last warning, we are talking about Jeep trails and 4×4 trails that are large/wide enough to fit a passenger vehicle – no ATVs or dirtbikes talked about here.  The first offroad trail near Augusta is a of Jeep trail located 25 miles N of Augusta.  This offroad trail north of Augusta is a W2W member submitted trail and can be found by viewing the Where2Wheel trails map here

The next offroad trail near Augusta, GA is Durhamtown Off Road Resort located about 70 miles W of Augusta.  Taking the I-20 can get you there in about 75 minutes from Augusta.  Durhamtown Off Road Resort is a 6,000 acre playground for everything offroad; unfortunately, their Jeep trails aren’t as vast as their ATV and dirtbike trails, but there are still plenty of Jeep trails for a day of 4×4 fun.  Check Durhamtown’s site here for opening times and admission costs.  Remember, you can view trail reviews and browse the offroad trails map on Where2Wheel.com at anytime – W2W is free to access and use!

The last offroad trail that we are going to cover near Augusta, GA is Sunnyside ATV Paradise.  Now I know the name says ATV, but Sunnyside does host “4×4 Days” (aka Jeep Invasions) on a regular basis.  So check Sunnyside’s 4×4 Days schedule here to see if they are hosting a Jeep event that lines up with your calander.  Sunnyside has more than enough offroad trails to keep you busy all day, but many of the trails are on the narrow side with tree branches offering custom “trail pin striping”.  So if your rig is on the newer side or has pristine paint, you might want to think twice before wheeling at Sunnyside.  Lastly,  if you’re looking for more offroad options, there are many more Jeep trails and 4×4 trails listed on Where2Wheel, but it’s easier if you visit W2W and view the offroad trails map for yourself.

We welcome you to create an account on Where2Wheel; it’s free to use and you can find other offroaders in your area that you can hit the trails with.  If you do enjoy using W2W and want to support us, please either tell your offroading pals about the site or sign-up for a premium account, which takes ads off the map for just $2.99/month.
