Bentley Hills is mostly an ATV trail system and is maintained by the Plum Creek Forestry. It is public land and there are jeeps out there all the time riding the trails as well. As long as you stay on the trails and mind the other fellow riders then nobody gets upset. This park is 2500 acres large and has over 20 miles of trails that wind through the forest. All trails are marked so please stay the trail. The trails are mostly loose sand with a few hard packed sections as well.
