I'll let some other locals chime in, but Rock Rd is the standard go to in Chesapeake. It's mostly mud, but there are some rock piles there to test your suspension. If your looking for rock crawling check out Crozet VA and Shoe Creek. Also Carova Beach in the OBX is a must for any 4x4 lover in the area.
