Hey folks! Is anyone planning on going to the jeep day tomorrow at 508 int off-road park? I believe it’s the first day of the season so it should be fun! I’m actually looking for a group of people to go with! Keep me posted!

dmarc721 and 5 others have liked Group 1 year ago

I’ve tried posting this like 2 times already and they’re not going through so I apologize for the spam posts if they do.

I’m back! Went MIA for a minute to do some performance upgrades and deal with life. Wanted to see if any of you know about 508 INT in charlton, MA? The only 4x4 park that I know of in the area. Opening day is April 3rd and I bought my ticket for $40 just now. Would love to get a group together! Google 508 INT and all the info you need will be there. Let me know!

Cdevs67 Headed down to the Thompson fire trails this morning! Rigs been in the shop for 3 straight weeks and I’ve been itching to get out and wheel. See y’all down there!! 2 years ago

kspletzer0389 That’s awesome! I got my Jeep Gladiator a few months ago and have been itching to take her off road. The 508 looks awesome. Hopefully I can make it up there before the end of the year. 2 years ago

cgeaghan Nice going NicoTJ! I can’t go to 508 this weekend - going camping with local scout troop I volunteer with. Weekend after that I’m going to ME for an overland expo - there’s still spots if you want the info. It’s a few days - Thursday afternoon until Sunday - so I know it’s short notice. 2 years ago

Hello, I've never been off roading before, just curious as to what fellow New Engladers have in their vehicles when wheeling? What are the must buy when wheeling? Was wanting to do beaches too..

Cdevs67 Have a concert I’m going to Friday night. Not sure what shape I’ll be in Saturday. Definitely will try to get out there! Was planning on going a little later in the afternoon anyways. So if not right at 11, I could run into you later in the day. Last time I was there I spent three hours out there with my dogs 2 years ago

wchevron Went there yesterday for about 2 hrs. Started at the Baker trail entrance and ended up popping out on the gas line and followed that to the power lines. Rode those for a bit and some off shoot trails off of them. Lots of exploring to be had. Was going through a big puddle on the gas line, lots of ice. Felt like an ice breaker boat. Would get up on top of the ice, then break through and drop down. Got stuck about half way through and had to back up and go another route. Nothing too technical but being fairly new to wheeling, it was plenty for me. 2 years ago

WJGrandCherokee I just moved up to the area recently, so I have not gone wheeling anywhere in Maine or NH. There are a few trails on the map on this website, but I do not know anything about them. 3 years ago

WJGrandCherokee There is Jericho Mountain in NH but that i believe is an all day trail. It costs $20 and you need Winch, larger tires and other mods according to the website. I still want to do it one of these days 3 years ago

On my way to Cape Cod now. Any recommendations for an easy and fun trail down there? Stock wk2 with leveling kit.

Wk2 Thanks for all that info WJGRANDCHEROKEE. I Wasn't thinking of driving on the beach but I'll check the beach overland thing, sounds like it'll be cool. I hear that are some dirt roads down there for some overlanding. Someone told me about this trail at Punkhorn, I just don't know exactly where. 3 years ago

I have a CB installed, not too many people use CB anymore. I think the range is better. Clarity has to go to GMRS. Plus handheld pre-set radios like midlands are fine for short distance communications.

Still looking to wheel tomorrow if anyone is free. Let me know.
